Our Story

Paint Masters was founded in 1995 by Dave Trinklein as a second career moving from teaching full time and painting in the summers to painting full time. Soon after, he approached a friend at church, Ron Daseler, to join his team. Ron eventually became his partner in the business for over 20 years. Dave and Ron built Paint Masters on core principles of honesty, frugality, faith, hard work, friendliness, and excellence. Dave and Ron employed a number of individuals over their 25+ years, one of which was Greg Wasson. Greg has worked for Paint Masters off and on since the age of 18 in between years as a teacher, small business owner, and mental health counselor. As Dave and Ron were approaching more of a partial retirement age, they reconnected with Greg to purchase the Paint Masters name and business. Greg hopes to continue the Paint Masters traditions of excellence, integrity, faith, and premium painting services to all of its customers.
